Rules

To earn rewards for referrals, you need to be a customer of SimplyConnect, and to accept the program Terms & Conditions. To refer others to SimplyConnect, access the Referral Sharing option in My Assistant to update your profile and retrieve your unique referral code.

If you're planning to become a SimplyConnect customer because you were referred to us, make sure you let us know their referral code so that you will both become eligible to earn rewards.

Please note that this referral program is only available to SimplyConnect customers with at least one active wireless line. Customers with data-only or wireless home phone plans are not eligible to participate.

Here are the basic rules:



Rules for Referrers


You must be an active SimplyConnect wireless customer for 30 days to earn rewards for your referrals. Data-only or wireless home phone lines are not eligible.

You need to accept the Terms & Conditions of the program.

Your account must remain active for at least 30 days after receiving the referral credit.

You can only refer those with whom you have a personal or family relationship.

You cannot refer yourself. Please see the Terms & Conditions for the complete program rules.



Rules for Referees


You must be a new SimplyConnect wireless customer in good standing for 30 days.

Unlock your referral offer by signing up for an account with SimplyConnect within 30 days of receiving the referral.

You must have at least one active wireless line. Data-only or wireless home phone plans are not eligible.

SimplyConnect customers and any referees who have activated prior to having being referred are not eligible.

Your account must remain active for at least 30 days after receiving the referral credit.

You cannot be referred by more than one referrer.

You cannot refer yourself. Please see the Terms & Conditions for the complete program rules.

Referral credits shown are for existing wireless customers only and expire {END_DATE} or while quantities last, and are subject to change without notice.
